Returns

To guarantee the quality of our service, ITEM International recommend that you review all your orders. Firstly, make sure that the packages you have received match those specified on the delivery note. In case of any discrepancy, please note it on the receipt so that the transport provider can follow their procedures to open a dispute.

Second, we ask you to review the articles. Inspect each item. If the quantities of the product delivered do not match those specified on the delivery note, or if there is any issue with the condition of the item, you must raise a claim through the MY ACCOUNT/INCIDENTS section on our website. The maximum term for doing so is 5 days following receipt of the order. To notify us of a product breakage, we recommend that you watch the following tutorial and we enclose a guide on how to make a return.

Please bear in mind that ITEM International only accept returns for breakages, excesses, or defects with items. Returns of products that do not meet expectations are not accepted.
